Very comfortably furnished, bright and airy but pleasant in the hot summer months and superbly equipped with everything you will need including many extras.
The property has been recently renovated and refurbished to a very high standard without losing any of its original charm, and still retains most of its original tiling and plastering.
Follow the wide curved staircase to the top floor which leads into the master bedroom.
The bedroom itself is considered by all who stay here to be the best room in the property. It is beautifully furnished with large antique twin beds which can be made up as one huge double if required, glazed sliding doors lead out on to a private terrace which has magnificent sea views and is furnished with full length sun beds and table and chairs. The En-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, bidet and vanity basin with lighted mirror above.
There is a fridge tucked away in the fireplace for that romantic bottle of champagne or even a few cold beers.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor situated just off the lounge, it accomodates a king size double bed and has an En-suite bathroom which is tiled with traditional Portuguese tiles, it contains a shower, wc, bidet and vanity basin with lighted mirror above.
Bedroom 3 is a large sized twin bedroom furnished with authentic traditional painted furniture, the bathroom which is directly opposite is a feature of the villa being round in shape with hand painted antique tiles, it contains a bath with shower over, wc, bidet and vanity basin with lighted mirror above.
Bedroom 4 is again a good sized twin and again directly opposite and sharing the same bathroom as bedroom 3.
All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes & drawers, and for the comfort of guests maximum attention is given to beds and towels. ie Crisp white cotton sheets, comfortable mattresses, good quality pillows and large white towels.
The lounge which has a feature corner fire place is beautifully furnished in leather and oak, it has a comfortable corner unit which seats 7 and separate bed settee which seats 3. There is a TV, DVD and SKY on which English Channels can be viewed, there is also a hi fi for CD's and tapes.
Large glazed sliding double doors lead out onto the pretty courtyard.
The Dining area is off the lounge and has an oak table and chairs which seat 8 comfortably and there is also a high chair if required.
The recently fitted kitchen offers every possible facility you could need including a breakfast bar & stools, full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a wonderful range of cooking utensils.
Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses for all the family including plastics for very small children.
From the kitchen you enter the Utility Room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Extras
Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly unless by request.
Beach Towels are also included to save that space in your suitcase, and there is a good quality hair dryer in every bedroom.
A welcome pack on arrival includes wine of your taste, bread and butter, milk and bottled water.
Lots of beach accessories surf boards, body boards, beach mats, beach toys, inflatables, boule etc, all provided for the use of those who stay at Pescador.
